Meaning “city,” URBE is the fifth concept from Restaurateur Tracy Vaught and James Beard Award-winning Chef Hugo Ortega and celebrates Mexican street food. It is so named to both honor the cities of Mexico where street food plays such an integral part and as a nod to the city of Houston – or H Town – where the restaurant group was founded and operates. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, a full bar and coffee program, pastry case and a robust to-go program.
