Etoile Cuisine et Bar will be offering a three-course dinner on Feb. 13 & 14 ($74 per person) in addition to a three-course brunch on Feb. 14 ($45 per person). Dinner items will include Tartare de Thon Au Yuzu (tuna tartare, radish, cucumber, blood orange snow and yuzu vinaigrette) and Duo de Boeuf (sous-vide tenderloin, braised beef short ribs, celery root mousseline, vegetables and cabernet syrup) while brunch items will include Bisque de Homard (Maine lobster bisque, brandy and chives) and Risotto de Legume D’Hiver (winter vegetable risotto, fresh herbs and truffle oil)
