The Tasting Room share their passion.

Learn about the art of chocolate making, from the bean to the bar, and to appreciate the flavor and characteristics of premium chocolates. This event provides attendants with a broad overview of chocolate, its history, different origins, processes, and appreciation of fine chocolate pairings with wines. You will taste cocoa beans,  chocolate from different origins, and gourmet truffles paired with three types of wines - white, red and sparkling.

Event conducted by Stefano Zullian, owner and chocolatier of Araya Artisan Chocolate.
